Gustavo is an avid lifelong learner with almost two decades of experience in strategic design, experience design, and management of digital transformation processes. He currently works as an independent contractor, leveraging his vast experience with digital projects in a variety of organizations, from startups to enterprises, across a broad array of sectors. Gustavo sees design as an exercise of zooming in and out, from micro to meta, and the spaces in between. That connects strategy and action in a continuum where all stakeholders are aligned to meaningfully impact systems, businesses, and people.
